How Does the Magic Mirror work?

The Magic Mirror Photo Booth is a new, fun and engaging way to take photos at your event. The magic mirror is a big touch screen, once activated the Magic Mirror Photo Booth will guide your guests through the experience using animations on the screen. After your guests have had their photos taken they will be given the opportunity to sign their creation live on the touch screen before it is printed ready for them to take away instantly.

Does the Magic Mirror come with props?

Yes! The Magic Mirror has props included in all the packages. We can also make custom word board props with names, hashtags, company logos and more If you have an idea for custom props let us know!

Do your photo booths need an attendant?

The magic mirror comes with an attendant. If you are looking for an unattended photo booth our selfie pods do not need an attendant and can be hired for 6, 12, 24 hours, or multi day hire.

Are you insured?

For your piece of mind, we have full 10 million pounds public liability insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested by a qualified electrician.

How much space do you need for the photo booth?

The magic mirror needs 2.5m x 2.5m space when using a backdrop. The selfie pod needs 2m x 2.5m when using a backdrop.

Can the photo booth go outside?

No the photo booths can't be used outside. The Magic Mirror reflects so much light when outside you can't see the animations on the screen.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a £100.00 deposit when booking to secure your date. When booked in you'll get access to your own portal where you can manage your booking, make installment payments of amounts you choose and more. The balance is due 4 weeks before your booking date.

Do your photo booths print the pictures?

All of our photo booths print your pictures apart from the Selfie Pod Lite which is a digital only booth. The Magic Mirror prints 6x4 inch post card size photos, the Selfie Pod Print will print strip prints which are 6x2 inches.

What Customisation options do you offer?

This is what sets us apart from other photo booth companies! We offer loads of options for you to choose from, with our magic mirrors you can choose from different frames, backdrops, runners, stanchions and ropes. Our Selfie Pods can be fully branded with vinyl graphics, custom start/attract screens and more. You can also choose from 100's of print templates which you can edit yourself through our online template chooser, you can change colours, add text, logos and more.

We can also make custom props and custom backdrops to use with any of our photo booths. We are always adding new custom options!

Do you hire 4ft light up letters and numbers?

Yes! We do hire 4ft letters and numbers. You can add these to your photo booth booking at a discounted rate or book them on their own. We have a full range of letters and numbers so you can have names, dates, birthdays, surnames, initials.. Anything really!

Do we get the pictures after the event?

We provide you with a password protected online gallery which you can view and download all the files. We aim to get this done within 48 hours of your event (Normally within 24 hours, but at busy times of year it may be slightly longer).

Is there a limit on how many photos I can take?

You can take as many pictures as you like within the hire time.

Is there a limit on how many prints I can have?

All our packages include 2 prints every time the booth is used. With the magic mirror we do offer an 'Extra Prints' upgrade so each person in the photo will get a copy.

How far in advance should I book?

This is a tough questions to answer as we can have bookings up to 3 years ahead. The best advice would be to book as soon as you are able to. This goes for any vendors you are considering for your event, not just photo booths!
